Job Description
Aldar Properties is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Facilities Management team as an Entry-Level Cleaner / Janitor. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates who are looking to start their career in facilities services in a dynamic and supportive environment. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. We are also pleased to offer visa sponsorship for eligible international applicants. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our various properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Empty waste bins and transport refuse to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, offices, and lobbies.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., floor polishers, vacuum cleaners) after training.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Adhere to company standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
