Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable English-speaking Warehouse & Logistics Associates to join our dynamic team in Munich, Germany. In this essential role, you will be a vital part of our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods from receipt to dispatch. This position does not require any German language skills; all training and communication will be conducted in English. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if certified.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Perform quality control checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (minimum 1 year).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical fitness and stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operator certification (e.g., German Flurfördermittelschein or equivalent international certification).
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation.
- Previous experience working in a multinational or diverse team.
