Job Description
Aldar Properties is seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our dynamic teams on various projects across Abu Dhabi City. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to contribute to iconic developments and grow their careers within a leading real estate company. We are offering visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction efforts, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from site preparation to material handling and general site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) with their tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general clean-up and maintenance of the construction site.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Help with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
