Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleaner to join our prestigious team in Downtown Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and comply with hotel standards.
- Replenish amenities and supplies according to hotel guidelines.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, ensuring a pristine appearance.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and fittings, paying close attention to detail.
- Change bed linen and make beds neatly and efficiently.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, reporting any maintenance issues or lost and found items.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, particularly regarding the handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hotel Cleaner or Room Attendant, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina, capable of performing repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog).
