Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, striving to meet individual and team performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues according to established protocols.
