Job Description
Jumeirah Group is seeking dedicated and meticulous Hotel Cleaners to join our esteemed team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping and hotel staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Good time management skills.
