Job Description

BetterUp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Remote Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our network of coaches and trainers. This 100% remote position is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting professionals in the personal and professional development space. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our coaches and trainers can focus on delivering exceptional value to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and virtual meetings for multiple coaches.
  • Prepare and format training materials, presentations, and client reports.
  • Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of coaches, maintaining professionalism.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and CRM updates (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and potential resources for coaches.
  • Support the coordination of workshops, webinars, and other training events.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to virtual meeting platforms.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting coaches, trainers, or consultants.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
