Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused English-speaking Retail Staff to join our dynamic team in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with world-renowned luxury brands within a prestigious retail environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury retail, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to providing an outstanding shopping experience to our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, providing outstanding service and a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, brands, and current promotions.
- Ensure the visual merchandising standards are met and the sales floor is clean and well-organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
