Job Description

Zara is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Manchester, England. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through effective merchandise management, team leadership, and customer engagement strategies.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Control inventory levels, manage stock loss, and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Manage store budget, payroll, and operational expenses to optimize profitability.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure store safety and security protocols are strictly adhered to.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
