Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding TELUS products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and promote relevant TELUS offerings.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team performance goals.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy protocols.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and internet navigation.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (even if informal).
- Familiarity with telecommunications products or services.
