Job Description
Cintas is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Sales Apprentice. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions covering Cintas products, services, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Shadow experienced Sales Representatives on client visits, presentations, and sales calls to learn best practices.
- Assist in prospecting for new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations under the guidance of mentors.
- Learn to identify customer needs and effectively articulate the value of Cintas solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress against program objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
