Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and events.
- Assist with reservation management, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions in compliance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate effectively with various hotel departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge) to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area, reflecting Hilton's brand standards.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations at all times.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) for effective international guest communication.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite); familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service excellence.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a 4 or 5-star international hotel brand.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German, or French.
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of local Abu Dhabi attractions, dining, shopping, and cultural sites to enhance guest recommendations.
