Job Description

We are seeking highly talented and ambitious students for our Quantitative Research Internship program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge quantitative trading strategies and risk models. As a Quant Intern, you will work alongside seasoned researchers and traders, contributing to impactful projects that directly influence our trading operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative research and analysis of financial market data.
  • Develop, backtest, and implement algorithmic trading strategies.
  • Build and refine predictive models for various asset classes.
  • Collaborate with senior researchers and traders to integrate new models into the trading infrastructure.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential trading opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) or C++.
  • Solid understanding of probability, statistics, linear algebra, and numerical methods.
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., SQL, Spark).
  • Familiarity with financial markets and quantitative finance concepts.
