Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves overseeing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our business units, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals and foster a positive, productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for various departments, including international talent acquisition and visa sponsorship processes.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain HR records and human resource information systems.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
- Proven experience with U.S. immigration laws and processes, particularly regarding employment-based visas.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations (federal and state).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA with a concentration in HR.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience in the financial services industry.
