Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent English communication skills? SAP SE is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with SAP’s products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, guiding them through solutions and troubleshooting steps related to SAP products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless handovers and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features, services, and self-service options.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying common issues and suggesting process enhancements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role

- Prior experience in a remote customer service position
