Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Social Media Content Moderator to join our team immediately. This critical role involves ensuring our social media platforms remain safe, compliant, and positive environments for all users. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and making swift decisions to maintain content quality and brand integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (comments, posts, images, videos) across various social media platforms in accordance with established community guidelines and policies.
  • Make accurate and timely decisions on content approval, rejection, or escalation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine moderation guidelines and improve content policies.
