Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative for our Retail E-commerce division. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to orders, products, shipments, and general account assistance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, order status, and company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, product, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
