Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Military Recruiter to join our team in Nampa, Idaho. This vital role involves identifying, engaging, and guiding qualified candidates through the enlistment process for various roles within the United States Army. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of integrity, and a passion for helping others discover opportunities for personal and professional growth through military service. You will be an ambassador for the Army, educating prospective recruits about the benefits, careers, and lifestyle associated with serving.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential recruits through various outreach methods, including high school visits, community events, social media, and cold calls.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to determine candidate eligibility, interests, and qualifications for various Army occupations.
• Educate candidates and their families on Army benefits, career paths, educational opportunities, and lifestyle.
• Guide applicants through the enlistment process, including medical screenings, aptitude tests, and administrative paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, educators, and organizations.
• Represent the United States Army at public events, career fairs, and educational institutions.
• Provide mentorship and support to new recruits as they prepare for basic training and their Army careers.

Required Skills
