Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Worker to join our ministry team in Chandler, Arizona. This vital role is designed for individuals with a strong calling to serve and who are eager to contribute to the spiritual growth and well-being of our congregation and wider community. The Pastoral Worker will assist in various aspects of church life, including pastoral care, worship support, community outreach, and spiritual formation programs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide pastoral care and support to congregants, including hospital visits, home visits, and grief counseling.
- Assist in planning and leading worship services, including preaching, liturgy, and sacraments.
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with local residents and serve those in need.
- Facilitate small groups, Bible studies, and discipleship programs.
- Collaborate with other ministry staff and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery.

- Help coordinate and support volunteer teams within various ministries.
