Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our busy culinary team at Novotel Geelong. Key Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand or using dishwashing equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Assisting with the organisation and storage of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Supporting chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal according to hotel procedures.
• Ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and stored correctly.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
