Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring a memorable stay for all our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be the face of our establishment, assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to deliver world-class service. This is an on-site position located within one of our prestigious hotels in Dubai, offering visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, providing information and support.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized services to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to fulfill guest requests.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and guest information.
  • Assist with reservations and provide information about room availability and rates.
  • Promote hotel loyalty programs and actively encourage guest enrollment.
  • Ensure all guest interactions align with Marriott International's brand standards of service excellence.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS)
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German, French)
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Knowledge of local customs and tourist attractions in Dubai
