Job Description

Join Schreiber Foods as an International Operations & Sustainability Intern and contribute to our global efforts in responsible food production. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international business environment, focusing on projects that enhance operational efficiency, promote sustainable practices, and align with global social responsibility initiatives. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to projects that impact our supply chain, product development, and community engagement on an international scale, embodying principles of global cooperation and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching and analyzing international market trends for dairy and food products, with a focus on sustainable sourcing and distribution.
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across global operations, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible packaging.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving supply chain resilience and ethical sourcing practices in international markets.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations on key performance indicators related to international operations and sustainability goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions for global food security and community impact programs.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for environmental footprint reduction and social impact enhancement.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in international affairs, sustainability, or global corporate responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in a corporate or non-profit setting, particularly in international operations or sustainability.
  • Familiarity with global reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) or international trade regulations.
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin) relevant to Schreiber Foods' global markets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
