Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented English-Speaking Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Key Responsibilities
- Perform inbound receiving, checking, scanning, and storing of goods accurately.
- Execute order picking, packing, and dispatching processes efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe manner (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock control and quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry and tracking.
Required Skills
- Proficient in English (spoken and written, C1 level or higher preferred).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational role.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Forklift operator certification (advantageous, but training can be provided).
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in a logistics environment.
