Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, including merchandising, cleaning, and restocking.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging merchandise.
• Support team members in achieving daily sales goals and store operational tasks.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers and colleagues.
• Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and brand stories to effectively communicate with customers.
