Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Nurse to join our team in Dundee. This is an incredible opportunity for a qualified nurse passionate about elderly care, including those requiring visa sponsorship to work in the UK. As a Geriatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Required Skills
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience, preferably in geriatric care or a similar setting.
- Demonstrable experience in medication management and wound care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment and care planning.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older adults.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialist qualification in Gerontology or Palliative Care.
- Experience with electronic health records systems.
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of dementia care best practices.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
