Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous Housekeeping Attendants to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, UAE. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms, ensuring all areas are neat, tidy, and in accordance with Hilton's brand standards.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish amenities according to hotel procedures.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, and floors, to a pristine condition.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linen to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage, but not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Ability to communicate in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog).
