Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counterintelligence Agent to join our Global Security team in Memphis, TN. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats posed by foreign intelligence services, terrorist organizations, and other adversaries targeting FedEx operations, personnel, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in intelligence analysis, investigations, and risk management, with a proven ability to operate discreetly and effectively in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive counterintelligence investigations into suspicious activities, unauthorized disclosures, and potential threats to company assets and information.
• Develop and implement strategies to detect and deter espionage, sabotage, and other adversarial actions.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to relevant stakeholders to inform security posture and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal security teams, legal counsel, and external law enforcement agencies on investigations and intelligence sharing.
• Provide counterintelligence briefings and training to employees on threat awareness and protective measures.
• Assess vulnerabilities in company systems and processes and recommend security enhancements.
• Maintain meticulous records and produce detailed reports on investigations and intelligence findings.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Criminal Justice, National Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in counterintelligence, intelligence analysis, or federal law enforcement.
• Proven experience conducting complex investigations and intelligence operations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and briefing capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Proficiency in intelligence tools, databases, and research methodologies.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working with or for U.S. Intelligence Community agencies or military intelligence.
• Proficiency in one or more foreign languages relevant to global intelligence operations.
• Certifications in intelligence analysis, security management, or risk assessment.
• Experience with cyber counterintelligence techniques and principles.
