Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This vital role supports various operational needs across our properties and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and the maintenance of high standards. The successful candidates will be responsible for a range of physical tasks, contributing directly to the upkeep and development of our world-class facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials.
- Assist skilled tradespersons with on-site construction, maintenance, or renovation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete assigned duties efficiently.
- Help with setting up and dismantling equipment and temporary structures.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
