Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our E-commerce & Retail division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a global team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions regarding orders, products, services, and policies.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer challenges, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and providing an empathetic experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Required Skills
