Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against documentation.
- Accurately pick products from storage locations using handheld scanners.
- Pack and ship customer orders according to quality standards and timelines.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (after proper training and certification).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic computer literacy, including the ability to operate handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to thrive and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous work or personal commitments.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, factory, manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (WMS).
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or reach trucks.
- Ability to communicate in German is a plus, though not strictly required for this English-speaking role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
