Job Description
Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and configure SAP solutions across various modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) to meet client specifications.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration activities and go-live preparation.
- Provide post-implementation support and end-user training.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, including S/4HANA.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Proficiency in at least two core SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, Ariba).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in a relevant module (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, SD).
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Prior consulting experience with a major professional services firm.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
