Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Doctors to join our multidisciplinary teams in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care to patients within your specialized field.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient medical records in compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Adhere strictly to all medical ethics, professional conduct standards, and hospital policies.

Required Skills

• Medical Doctor (MD/DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in a recognized specialty.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in a relevant medical specialty.
• Minimum of 60 months of post-residency clinical experience.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Subspecialty fellowship training and certification.
• Demonstrated experience in medical research or publications.
• Leadership experience in a clinical or academic setting.
