Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to join our dynamic team in Glasgow, Scotland. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex Oracle database solutions and applications.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Perform database tuning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all database systems and applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle systems.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database concepts.
- Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports development.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS versions 11g, 12c, or higher.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
